Equinox Immersion
w/ Ixchel Munay & Jess Magic
COSTA RICA IMMERSION
March 21 - 24, 2025
When was the last time you felt fully free?
Welcome to a sacred container to explore the fullness of your being.
Where all parts of you are welcome.
Where you will be held and supported to lean in & let go.
To really let go.
Let go of who you think you should be
and taste more of who you truly are.

It's likely that whatever is holding you back in your life is the very key to stepping into a more liberated and empowered way of living.
We all have blind spots - this immersion will illuminate those things hidden from our awareness that are holding us back, clear blockages and help us peel away the layers to the deeper truths within.
You will receive tools to help embody that truth by releasing fears, traumatic imprints, conditioning, unconscious belief systems & programs. Most importantly we work with somatic practices to regulate your nervous system to hold the new frequency so that you may simply live in freedom and peace.

There is something extraordinary about the field that we create in these immersions. Many people have said they've experienced the best days of their lives.
I attribute this to finally having the feeling of being at home with yourself. That deep peace that comes with not needing to waste any energy in an internal battle of what you think you should do to be loved and accepted.
To finally have a space where you let all the parts of yourself you've judged, abandoned or repressed be seen, felt and expressed.
Wholeness, holiness, liberation!

ixchel munay
Hola I'm Ixchel, here in devoted service to the liberation of all beings. We’ve been repressed in victim consciousness and patriarchal conditioning for far too long and I’m celebrating that we are waking up as a species, remembering that we are powerful creators and coming into alignment to create a world of peace and beauty.
My work with Living Wisdom is born from the embodied wisdom that I have gathered in 20+ years of walking the path of plant medicine, conscious living and supporting thousands of people around the world in my immersions and sessions to come home to themselves.
I am forever a humble student of life, nature, indigenous wisdom and the ancient teachings of yoga. I value authenticity, keeping it real and creating spaces free of judgement where we can feel safe to let go of the masks to experience true intimacy and connection.
I am committed to radical presence and deep intuitive listening to see what is alive and needed in the moment. I may draw upon my toolbelt from my initiations with yoga, meditation, tantra, shamanism, magic, somatic therapy, dance, breath work, NLP, non-violent communication, permaculture, natural medicine, neuroscience and more.
I am the mother of a passionate 18 year old artist who has been raised with inspiration by a village in the community I co-founded with his dad 18 years ago. I’ve spent about the past 20 years of my life based in Bali, the mystical land of my father’s ancestors.
For the past four years I’ve been spending half the year in Costa Rica devoted to creating Yacumama - a regenerative community land project where we host transformational experiences.
I am here to support you to stand firmly in your sovereign power as the creator of your reality, illuminate subconscious blind spots, transcend perceived limitations and dance together under the light of the moon as you remember are already whole, holy and there is nothing to heal.

Preparation & Integration
Ultimately this immersion is to prepare us for the ceremony of life so we can be more loving, aware humans in all of our relationships. Preparation and integration are some of the most important aspects of this experience.
.
When you sign up, you will receive a package of preparation and integration tools with meditations, embodiment practices, journal prompts, an integration e-book, dietary and lifestyle guidelines.
Staying connected in community is one of the most important parts of integration. We will have a group inside a custom platform for us to stay connected beyond the immersion.

ACCOMMODATIONS
We have a variety of accommodations all nestled in nature to connect you with the forest and inspire you with expansive views of the ocean, mountains and jungle. You will likely see blue morpho butterflies, hummingbirds, toucans, scarlet macawas, monkeys and more right from your room.

You will be held in a safe container and lovingly guided to peel back the layers of mind, ego and conditioning.
The amazing thing is that when you face your fears, and let go of attachments - you get to taste the sweetness of liberation that is on the other side.

LOCATION
Yacumama is in Ojochal, a small town near the Pacific Ocean, known for its international fine dining, which is part of the Ballena (whale) Coast.
We are 30-40 minutes south of Dominical and 15-20 minutes south of Uvita, where the Envision Festival has been held for the past ten+ years.
Yacumama is a 3-4 hour drive southwest of the international airport, SJO.
From San Jose or other airports in the country you can also take a 45 minute flight on a small plane with Sansa or even hire a small private plane to Quepos airport which is about an hour drive from Yacumama.
