feminine yin yoga training
With Luna, Ixchel & Jac
december 7-14, 2026
Join us in the lush tropics of Costa Rica, for a transformative immersion designed to help you connect to the energy of yin, your feminine essence through the portal of yin yoga, pristine nature and feminine ritual arts.

50-Hour yin yoga
Training
A nourishing feminine practice for restoration, rejuvenation and journeying deep within.
Our society is overly yang - we are conditioned to strive, push and feel guilty if we are not productive.
The shift to the energy of yin allows us to slow down to feel, to listen and respond rather than react, and helps to create balance. Yin Yoga has been one the most profound practices of our lives which is why we are so excited not only to share this with you, but to be in this soft, sweet energy together for a week.
You will receive a 50 hour yoga teacher training certificate from the Yoga Alliance to go towards your training, however if you don't intend to teach, this will be a deeply nourishing experience. We are weaving in feminine ritual and ceremony as well as lots of time in pristine nature for a profound and transformative journey.

Imagine...
Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains with open
views to the ocean.
Starting your day with juicy, activating sacred feminine embodiment practices.
Swimming in waterfall pools in the sunshine.
Enjoying delicious farm to table organic healthy meals and
sipping on nourishing elixirs throughout the day.
Relaxing into deep, rejuvenating healing massage, flower baths, wood fired hot tub, cold plunge and blue clay body masks from the land.
Immersing in the crystalline river and the frequency of pristine jungle nature.
Expanding your knowledge of the body, fascia, energy systems and being able to guide yin yoga classes for your community.
Ending the day with gentle connective yin yoga practice,
ritual ecstatic dance and/or song circles around the sacred fire.
Connecting with a circle of women who are devoted their yogic path, to living their fullest feminine expression and
celebrating each other's full radiance.
