Rites of Passage Institute
Leadership Training

first time in Costa Rica

July  25 -  27, 2025

Reconnect with What Matters.

Discover the Power of Rites of Passage Leadership.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation begins with reconnection—reconnection to self, to others, and to what truly matters. This immersive three-day training is a powerful invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and step into a space of reflection, clarity, and purpose.

Led by Dr. Arne Rubinstein OAM, Founder and CEO of the Rites of Passage Institute, the training provides participants with a deep understanding of the structure and significance of Rites of Passage. Through experiential learning, storytelling, and group connection, you'll explore how to design and facilitate powerful programs that support individuals through key life transitions.

By the end of the retreat, you’ll walk away not only with the mindset and practical tools to guide transformational change, but also with a renewed sense of purpose and belonging. You’ll join a global community of over 5,000 people across 20 countries who are dedicated to building resilient, connected, and emotionally intelligent communities through the power of healthy Rites of Passage.
