Roots & Rivers

A men’s retreat merging ritual, brotherhood, nature, and personal growth.

December 7 - 12, 2025

For Men seeking initiation, clarity, and community.

Roots & Rivers is more than a retreat,
it’s a Rite of Passage for modern men.

In a world where many of us were never truly initiated into mature masculinity, we often find ourselves drifting without purpose or carrying unprocessed wounds. By following a rites of passage framework, honoring our roots, crossing the river of challenge, and returning with vision, this gathering offers men a powerful way to reconnect with themselves, with brotherhood, and with life’s deeper flow.

GROUNDED. FLOWING. INITIATED.

MENKIND SLIDES.png.PNG

For thousands of years, cultures across the world have guided young men through rites of passage — sacred journeys that mark the transition from one stage of life to the next. Through challenge, ritual, and the support of elders, men were initiated into maturity, responsibility, and purpose.

In the modern world, most of us never experienced such an initiation. We drift into adulthood without being truly guided, carrying unprocessed wounds, unclear direction, and a longing for deeper connection. Without rites of passage, many men remain stuck in prolonged adolescence — disconnected from their power, unsure of their role, and isolated from brotherhood.

Yet a Rite of Passage is not only for the transition into adulthood — throughout life, we encounter many thresholds, transformations, and seasons of change. This retreat offers a framework for men of all ages to navigate those transitions with clarity, strength, and support.

Roots & Rivers is an answer to that longing. This retreat is designed as a modern rite of passage — an intentional journey into nature, challenge, and community.

Together, we create a sacred container where men can:

  •  Root down into who they are, honoring their past and ancestry.

  • Cross the river of challenge and transformation.

  • Return with clarity, vision, and renewed purpose.

Roots & Rivers will be guided by Pablo Adama and Dylan Moscovitch, two facilitators dedicated to men’s work, embodiment, and rites of passage.

Pablo weaves together over a decade of experience and training in men’s circles, rites of passage facilitation, and personal training with a grounded presence that inspires challenge, connection, and growth. As a mediator, with experience in communication and cultural psychology, he brings forth his passion of human connections into his work.

Dylan brings a deep connection to ritual and nature — merging his experience as an Olympic athlete with his path of leading ceremonial containers and as a transformational guide — creating safe and explorative spaces for men to reconnect with their authenticity and purpose.

Together, they hold a balance of strength and gentleness, structure and flow — offering participants both the rootedness of tradition and the freedom to step into new rivers of possibility.
