My gift to you is a 1 hour guided Yin Yoga practice to help you deeply relax, let go of anxiety, release tension & pain in your body, soothe your nervous system, transform your relationship to negative self talk and increase self love and acceptance. 

Yin yoga is a perfect way to wind down and end the day and this practice has guidance to reprogram your subconscious mind which is powerful to do before going to sleep.  

The energy of Yin is all about softening and letting go. This practice is gentle and requires no previous experience. I hope you enjoy it and it is nourishing for your body, mind and spirit.
